Tibetan Medicine is an ancient healing science, utilizing a holistic, compassionate approach to body and mind wellness. Pulse reading and urine analysis may be used to make an initial diagnosis, and recommendations may involve a range of non-invasive therapies.

We welcome people of all faiths, or of no particular faith, to explore meditation practice through sitting and discussion, offered each week for free.
